Stone Heart
Stone cold
Frozen in time.
Turn your head away
No one means anything.
Shrug off the pretense
Believe in nothing.
Just you...
Don't waste time,
Indifference thrown away.
Frozen, harder than ever
Never again
Add your layers
Brick by brick,
ice melts,
Can't risk anymore.
Oblivious,
Each time you rocket to the floor.
Turned to stone
Keep building baby,
Higher and higher...
Let no one in
This is the only way to begin again.
Shielded strength.
Turn around,
Keep walking, run if you must.
Don't stop moving.
Head up.
Stand tall, chin up.
Vision impaired
Wipe tears away
Sit by self
Put your hands together
Say a prayer.
Company not necessary
Stop longing incessantly
Don't be stupid girl !
Love does not exist.
Stay away if you must.
Heart buried.
Glacial crust.
Stop!
Just stop!
Please stop.
Can't afford to let yourself drop
No falling allowed.
Cessation failure
Just too deep
Im afraid of the dark...
Empty...
A fizzled out spark.
I'm done
Moving in opposite directions
Let it burn
Feelings not the same
No matter what
Don't let your head turn.
Close your eyes
Shut them out.
Invisible sadness.
Let it all burn
Forget fantasy flowing warmth
Only in your head.
Replaced ache.
Too late.
