Listen to poem:
Solid. Stationary. Silent.
This is you.
In our limited view.

But.. once you flew.
From molten earth
Did shoot and spew

You ran and shouted
Everywhere
In fearsome battle
With the air

Your angry face
The land did rule
Yet here you are
Now seaside cool

She tamed your fury
Water's edge
Once hissed and screamed
Now silence pledge

You teach us now
As lives we hurry;
No need to race
Or stress or scurry

Let waters lap
And lull and coax
We still evolve
Through gentle strokes

In stillness.
Where the power lies
Just listen,
For the coastal sighs

Eliminate
The heat and pressure
This stone's not cast
Not now, not ever
