Still Summertime
Waves are crashing onto the shore as another boat drifts by
The clouds hang high overhead as if suspended in time
People everywhere as far as the eye can see
walking through the park or along the waterfront
Happy faces, smiling children by their sides
skipping along carefree in the sunshine
The seagulls give a beckon call as they glide across the sky
Summertime is still ever present, even though fall is very near
