Still of the Night
In the still of the night
where the moon is shinning bright
our imagination takes flight
as the stars give way to light
In the still of the night
as we gaze out into the big blue sky
tears of joy start to fill my eye
as I take a breath and give a great sigh
In the still of the night
feelings of love start to flow
overflow of emotions start to grow
and where this will end up only you and I will ever know
The still of the night can take us places unknown
sending us shivering with chills down to the bone
pleasurable gratification that incites me to a moan
and the evening is ours in which we set the tone
