The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Still

I want to know you
more than this
shower me with your love

Take away my sin
all my tears
all the times I cried

Replace each tear drop
with a tender holy kiss
of forgiveness and grace

Smile down on me when i fail
and let me know its all okay

i dont want to feel the guilt
take it all from me
so that i can stand free in awe of you

I am not religious at all,but this piece speaks to me! I love your honesty of your own flaws with a desire to change for faith and love of god... The creepy and amazing thing is there is a song called Still by Alanis Morissette that pretty much is like god's answer to the world and all ppl who want to change but have done bad, wrong, evil, etc... It's really beautiful and you may like it... Thanks for this amazing piece
