Stepping Stones
Let my stepping stones be
words of love, let kisses
shower from skies above.
Let the Nightingale sing
our song, place two souls
where they belong.
At rainbows end sit and
bind, wishes granted and
true love find. Ever sigh,
ever be, all that love is
meant to be.
Touch me gentle, touch
me soft, let me hold your
heart aloft. Place those
lips close to mine, whisper
sweet those words divine.
And I'll dine of ecstasy,
knowing that you are part
of me. That every dawn
shall be blessed, and every
pore with love caressed.
