steady me

i’m weightless in my head
i’m always growing, always dying
i’ll waste it stumbling blind
my vision is blurry and crowded with bitter loathing

i’m ready to be something
i want to be so much more
i’m meant to be alone
that’s all that i’m good for

I love your title, Bella ! A beautiful poem of self-reflection & growing awareness. I enjoyed this line : “ i’m ready to be something.” This poem sounds like a chrysalis ready for awakening. Shine on., Ghairo. X.
