Stay

This war is not worth fighting
we share the home
sleep in the same bed
secrets keep us apart
Words seem to be all we share
strangers share far more
the memories won't last
the winds will change directions
   The darkness between us
was once a beautiful light
coldness have slipped in
tears have become ice
The things we refuse to admit brings pain
cutting to the heart without drawing blood
anguish and pain
it shows upon your face
    The first kiss was magical
now it's poison
slowly killing me
taking me under
Some thing were not meant to be
sometimes even the blind can see
this is one of those things
time can never freeze the lost moments
      Holding on is impossible
when you're ready to go
waiting for break
waiting to run
     The unexpected keeps you here
soon that will disappear
where will you go
who will you choose
There has to a reason to hold on
please wave your flag
let's discuss your pain
this doctor will mend your heart
