States Away

I know times are rough,
I know things are not always right.
I know I'm not always there,
when I'm states away.

I'm not a throw, or toss,
and I know we can't hang.
Theres others that are closer,
then me being states away.

But I can promise one thing.
This one thing,
I know I can do.
I'm only a call away.

Whenever you need to talk,
Whenever you want to Laugh.
Whatever time you want,
Any day of the week.

I'll always pick up,
I'll always answer,
Even being states away.
I promise.
