Starving Your Tears

I want to make your tears starve
From the complete lack of sadness
For your frowns to cower before
The overwhelming power of gladness

I want your loneliness to be crushed
Beneath the extreme weight of love
Flowing downward upon you
From my heart just above

I want all your bad memories
To be roughly pushed aside
By the sheer combined volume
Of all the good ones I provide
