Starting To Forget I swore I called your number we hadn't spoken for so long. The man that took my call said I done something wrong. He said it's been his number for going on seven years. When I heard the phone go dead I broke out into tears. I swore I would remember you since the day when we first met. I cry because I can't deny I'm starting to forget. The hardest thing I've never done the hardest thing I know. Is trying to forget about the day I let you go. Last time that I heard your voice, was it spring? Or was it fall? Last time that I held you tight I can't seem to recall. I remember thinking you'll be back you're still not back here yet. Now the only thing I know is I'm starting to forget. Edwin C Hofert

Very good, sorry you had to cry over that number. Now, let's have you start looking around for someone to have some coffee or a drink with this coming weekend...alright? Preferably someone who lives within a 100-mile radius! :-) Wait, that new job cannot come at a more opportune moment! Just make sure you don't look down when an officemate who's single approaches... :-)

LOL This poem had to be written though it wasn't for me. I still remember my childhood home phone number. 752-3075
