Start Each Day With a Gleam In Your Eye

Look out my window and what do I see
The big ole sun shining back at me

A day to celebrate this great world of ours
To sing hallelujah and thank our stars

Grumbling will surely get you nowhere
Spread the good word for all to share

Jump up for joy, it feels so damn good
Why not invite the whole neighbourhood

Your spirits will soar straight up to the clouds
A joyous feeling you'll shout it out loud

Take this advice I'm sending you guys
Start each day with a gleam in your eye

Carol Eastman August 17, 2015 at 10:22 AM Thank goodness I read this after my second cup of Java! So much sunshine before you thoroughly wake up, can be detrimental to your health! Naw! Just kidding! If Dragon and Trolls can't do me in, then I have an iron clad constitution! LOL... Really! Grandpa Troll's like you when he gets up. He's immediately wide awake! First thing he does is carry me to the computer, with me still snoring, and puts me in front of the computer. Then serves me coffee. He wants his early morning Jack Attack. NOW!
