Stars of Orion
Since I was a child, I’ve been obsessed with reading
Training myself for this day to come
Already I possessed creativity, just needed tuning
Ready for the haters, all that matters is I love it
Sincere with my words, all from the heart, no lies
Of course I’m not the best, may never be
Father always told me to hope though
Once I read in front of others
Ready to be laughed at, but to my surprise it wasn’t criticism
Impressed. No hate
Only love and support
Now I’m here, trying to grow as a writer
