Stars Hear My Cries
Stars hear my cries!
For no one in this world has heard me
I look upwards towards the sky
For anyone into me to see
Oh have I been forsaken?
In this cruel world of darkness
Please, I beg, let me be taken
Into an infinite land of bliss
If I wish upon a star tonight
Could I travel to universes afar?
Nothing has yet to take away my fright
Oh my stars let me reside where you are
I can take no longer, the feelings of unrest
To lay among a blanket of constellations
Would that put my troubled mind to rest?
How I’m losing footing of my foundations
So I cry out once more,
Stars hear my cries!
I can’t bare every new sore
In this realm of shadows, I despise
