Stardust

Crying in a dark corner
You curse all that is lost
World may seem to be empty
But its void that you've crossed
You feel love is elusive
You are just a speck in the crowd
I will be the answer
To all your doubts

How can a man not love you
You are the brightest of all
Your not alone beautiful
I followed your fall
You pointed towards the sky
And I knew before you sang
Your voice is a melody
Though I cant understand

The silver that lines your face
Is losing its glow
The world wants a martyr
Its not yours to do so
We are angels no more
We are such a shame
You will succumb to hate here
Go back from whence you came

Love is all that you need
To reach the stars again
I will give my heart to you
Coz i know the pain
The silver glows once more
And with it our distance too
My hand holds just StarDust
Its all thats left of you

WOW! Oscar a very joyful poem. A little heart felt on the down side of the stardust. Still the holder of the star dust , what an imagination to keep them close to let the dust know its still in his hands. Awesome, have anice one,..Sidney LeeAnn
