Star Light
Under twilight, autumn sky,
Enigma entwined in grace I see.
I sit in awe, unmoved, untethered,
Witness to its majesty.
Black canvass beautifully submerged in hue,
Intricate star line throughout,
Glittering constellations,
From the plough to Orion’s belt.
Vast starlight nebula in bloom,
Gaia’s creed beneath in pass,
In comparison, simplicity,
Negligible to its mass.
