Star Crushed Clay

Sashaying over star crushed clay never staying in one place for long largely unnoticed, their eyes never dancing with the eyes of the chosen ones. Another eclipse-stained day sprints by, void of warm exchanges layers of being unravelling...rotting flower on the grate where sunflowers have no yearn for graceful yellowing. Age brings ever shrinking orbs of hope-bloom and light never reaching the gild of dreams unwritten songs drifting over silent seagull cays where the charred and forgotten meet the scythe of hopelessness and rot cherished gemstones lay just beneath the star crushed clay.
