Standing Up From Sleep

R-ising up from slumber
I-s good to the mind; 
C-omplete hour of sleep
H-as made you feel fine.
E-arly rise from slumber
L-ets you have a fresh start; 
L-ight ahead will shine, 
E-vening chill will depart.

S-tanding up from bed
A-fter the sweet, sound sleep
N-ever lets you feel bad on a promise that you keep.

L-et the twentieth November
U-se the dream so deep
I-n waking you up from slumber, 
S-tanding up from sleep.
