Stand Up Part 1

You will get through it, I know it's a
challenge, but you can do this, you just need to balance.
Your life is fragile and it's important so stop being a coward and start sort it.
You will make it through this hell, but you need to take the key for the cell and break out.
I will always be there for you, but you need some help through it too, just know what you need to do.
Life will throw you obstacles in your way, but you need to live day by day in order for you to stay instead of ending up in a grave.
You will be tested but you will need to be rested.
Challenges will be hard but you need to be on guard, even if you are scarred, you need to play the right cards and be the star.
In the beginning, it will be complicated, feel like you are spinning, and completely weighted, but the depression will start thinning, and just know you were created to start winning.
It will be difficult with the pain, but with help from trusting adults, you will learn to gain the miracles and start to be sane.
I know the distance from learning to finally cope, but it will be consistent and you may choke and need assistance but you will always be awoke by persistence.
I know the feeling of wanting to be alone, being confused, having broken bones, and being bruised but you will be grown with strength.
I can tell that you want to die and feeling extremely sad but just know that suicide is an ending path even though you just want to cry but once you learn to cope, you will be glad.
Once you get through this hard times, you will know that it was worth it, even through the lies that were inside but know you have a purpose.
Depression is wanting for you to die but you need to get up, begin to raise and and be tough against your own demons.
I know when you see them, it is scary but you don't deserve to keep them.
