Stampy

In a basket he once sat
Black and fluffy and slightly fat.
Dreamies were his Friday treat
And he very often snuggled by your feet.

Hanging off a door
His eyes would search
For Sam and Elly.
Where very often they would both be eating
Jelly.

Mates he made in other cats
Friends for life
Fancy that!
Somehow though
Stampy always knew he was top cat.

Lana desperately searches for her mate
and wonders daily why he’s always late.
Why hasn’t he touched his plate?
Time heals pain
And we loved stampy because he was wonderfully insane

Looks like a true cat with attitude. I am sure he will be missed.

We loved how the poem captures Stampy’s quirky charm, Kate, especially that Friday Dreamies treat moment, so sweet and cozy. It feels like a warm hug for cat lovers everywhere!
