Stairway Up

Fog enchanted stairway up Leading from pale forest floor Reaching dark heights never seen Powerful feelings arise Putting my heart into depths Unknown this forest it dwells Closure seems to ride around Circulates an ending sure Divine feel about the stairs So mysterious I’m lost Unknown maker produced it Latent power in its steps I drift off, listless casting My mind, staying away cold Not knowing whether to climb Or risk staying in forest
