Stacey

You remember Stacey? You know, the girl who was trampled in the hall. Always in detention, And made to face the wall. You remember how she looked? Her clothes gave away the sign. Her life was not easy, She walked a real bumpy line. You remember how we giggled? When the teachers made a fuss, Always late with assignments, Always late for the bus. Well you should see Stacey now, All dressed up and lecturing classes. Cruising in her car, And wearing those fancy glasses. I am happy for you Stacey, Life did not keep you stuck! Perhaps I can learn from you now, And pull myself back up!

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
