St Kabeer Couplets 9: Wishing Everyone Welfare

Standing in a market square Kabeer wants everyone’s welfare, Nor friendship to any, Nor any enmity! _______________________________ Kabira khada bazar mein, mange sab ki khair, Na kahu se dosati, na kahu se bair. Kabeer advises us to look at everyone with the same equal eye, no one as an undue friend, and no one as foe either; hailing all, hating none. What Isha Upanishad said, and what Bhagavad-Gita too, Kabeer has put it in a layman’s language.
