'spurned Date'
Guess what...I got her number,
I exclaimed in my slumber!
I woke up all excited,
believing love would make us united!
So I asked her out for a date,
knowing her reply would seal my fate!
She spurned my only request,
I gave up my dream conquest!
Wish she would understand me better,
I scribbled in my moist letter!
It's not always about sex,
Why is love so damn complex!
Now I sit all alone,
right beside my cell phone!
Thinking whether I should text,
and renew my impossible conquest!
