What is life without a mother
Mother Nature that is.
She hangs in the abyss
And people often forget who she is;
Outside my feet take me to wonder
They walk for what seems like forever
Maybe my soul thinks it will make my head feel better
I can hear my heart beat in my ear
(It beats loud and clear)
Thumb, thumb, thumb
It makes me want to run away
Not from my fears but from the tears;
The tears that get brought on from the thought of you.
It is old and it is blue
It is absolutely nothing new
Like a cycle,
We are endless
But I'm sick of you making me wish,
that I did not exist.
So I'll put an end to the cycle by myself
And throw this old story book upon the shelf
There it will collect dust and nothing more
For our story, has become a bore.
