Springtime

Spring has sprung!
It's finally come!
The flowers bloom,
I feel the sun.

The bears have cubs,
Squirrels have their kits.
The deer have fawn,
Birds hatch their chicks.

The air smells of
pollen and rain.
The cherry trees
blossom again.

The bunnies hop,
The cows will moo
I'd like to spend
This spring with you!

Quite enchanting! Simplicity itself...but very compelling all the same. Enjoyed! My best regards, Zephyr. :) john
