Rejoice, all and sundry!
Spring is in the air.
Bells of joy are ringing
Here and there.
Chrysanthemums are slowly
Starting to bloom.
Slowly, the sun is kissing away
Remnants of winter's gloom.
Before long, Mother Earth
Will be young once again.
And butterflies will float
Over the open plain.
Birds are welcoming spring
With melodious flair.
Hallelujah! April showers
Will soon wet my hair.
I long to dance with abandon
In the healing rain.
All will be dandy and sweet
In the world again.
Rejoice, all and sundry!
Spring is in the air.
Bells of joy are ringing
Here and there.
