Splash of Pink

A SPLASH OF PINK

I often wonder what people would think
if we all awoke to a world of pink.
Mother Nature's kalidescope makes one aware
there's a serious shortage of pink out there.
Trees all glazed in pinkish hues
might change perspectives; points of view.
It’s brilliant color with class and style,
we could all use a touch of pink once and awhile.
hot vibrant tones to bolster bad moods,
improving society’s bleak attitudes.
If the world were re-sketched in permanent ink,
it should begin and end with a splash of pink.
