My head is spinning
My thoughts flying around my head
Chaotic
Angry
Fearsome
Worry
Pleading
Wanting
Hoping
Wishing
I can't stop
These words won't let me sleep
They whisper in my ear
They remind me
As I try to forget
Spinning
Swirling
Hushed
Bothersome
Nagging
Tenacious
Noisy
Whirling
Why won't they leave me
Why won't they change
Why can't I forget
Why can't I run
Stop
Heal
Forget
Grow
Smile
Laugh
Love
Happy
I can change them
I can chase them
I can lock them out
I can sleep
