Ohhh from the title I had not realized this was for the waterfall contest! Yours, too, is uniquely tackled. The way it flows, it sort of reminds me of Olive_eloi's style of writing. gl in the contest. // paul

I agree with Jan here. You have some lovely alliteration in this one. I suggest you use the syllable counter she provided. Moist I believe has only one syllable. I ought to use it to recheck MY poem for her as well!! Oh and I loved your mention of lavender.

Sara, the poem you commented on of mine today did not have to be precise meter, I just enjoy writing that way. So you should try that contest. he does prefer rhyme though. Let me see this one now!!
