Spellbound

I was wrong to make you cry
And leave at such a trying time
You were wrapped up in your labs
While I was ignored and feeling sad

Laughing and joking with your childlike scene
Me watching not knowing what it may mean
I felt you were slipping away
When all you were doing was making your way

I ached to feel wanted, I longed to be loved
At what cost of my beloved
All of the sudden swooping in
Capturing me into a world of sin

Sucking me in and transforming my thoughts
No longer was I discounted and distraught
Physically and mentally swept away
Getting lost in each and every day

She grabbed my heart pulled it out of my chest
Kept it for herself instead
World spinning round and round
Captured, Confined and Seduced I was spellbound
