Speak Your Truth
Speak your truth when you can, while you can. The time is now. If we speak up with good intentions, from the heart, we will be honouring ourselves and others.
Speak your truth

When the day is at an end
And you say your prayers at night
Are there moments you regret
When the words weren't said out loud?
Are there thoughts that worry you
About the choices that you made?
Are you worried that there will be
Too much unfinished when you're in your grave?
For many souls who linger on
Are stuck here confused or sad
They so desperately want to reach out
And have those conversations they never had
So, when you want to speak your truth
It's best to do it while you can
Because the sands of time pass on
And there's no going back for mortal man
