Speak

Speak softly now
Let words endow
Poise beyond how

Speak of good cheer
As pain flings fear
In morbid spheres

Speak with calm poise
Despite the noise
To usher choice

Speak truth you see
And let things be
In play that frees

Speak with fond wit
To leaven fit
With strange odd bits

Speak wisely clear
As love draws near
A voice that spears

Speak of bold sight
That comes with light
In rainbow sight

Speak profound pace
In time and space
As ideas grace

Speak of grand good
In vibrant moods
Of lovely woods

Speak of swift flow
Of things you know
As stillness shows

Speak wise and true
Of truth that cues
Love that funds dues

I have always enjoyed the very positive thoughts you employ, Leon! ( I read all your poems again...) " Speak with calm poise Despite the noise" ( I'll try to do my best! )

Dear Aqua Marine: Thank you my friend. You know, life can be hard and pain comes to each without regard. So, it's best to keep our outlook optimistic no matter what happens. You cannot change the wind but you can change your direction as someone wise once said. So I try to look for the good in any situation. All my best wishes to you Aqua Marine. Leon
