Spark to Life

Spark to life little pen of mine,
its been a few months since my words wrote shine.
Flame to life inspiration in my hand,
don't let your hush quell your plan.

Blazing language fuel my mind,
basking in the glow of words I find!
Maturity requires perfection of the words I compose,
the end result is a poem, I suppose!

Triumph is the warming heat from spark of my pen,
sparking back to life new words once again.

Miranda Hawley October 7, 2025 at 4:08 PM I think it had to do with the fact that on the night I posted this it was around midnight or perhaps a bit later. I am glad you found it. Its hard sometimes for me to take an idea even a good idea and bring the right words to it or to fully mature the idea into a master of poetic words.
