Spark of Dawn

Spark of Dawn High above, inside a starless night Sits a magical fairy of morning light She protects the last flicker of the day Polishing the spark of dawns misty overlay Nature showers her tears upon the earth As messengers of unspeakable worth Washing the remnants of the night away As the spark of dawn splits the night to day Fairies are creatures made of sparks of light Charged with colors of prismatic daylight Sleep little one, while always knowing When you wake a day of hope will be glowing Hope Carries the Feathers from wings That perch in your soul When Hope settles in It never lets go Carole Cookie Arnold
