Southern Belle
Within and without you
Over, under, all about you
There's an aura of grace
Of fragrance and lace
A Southern belle in your day
Time takes not charm away
The hearts you've captured
Yet swell with rapture
Your gait's a step slower
You don't swivel your hips
Yet a coquettish smile
Still plays 'bout your lips
Heed not the naysayers
Who hold today's passed you by
The mere sound of your name
~ Manifest awe in my eye
