Sour Heart

You, you had my hand
You had my heart
Then it fell apart.
Me, I try to restart,
I try to believe.
Is there something more here for me?

And what if tomorrow never comes
What if I'm left here in the dark
In this moment that seems so hard

The millions of thoughts that run through my mind
All collide and push aside
I hold on tight to these thoughts
These memories tonight
But I'm missing you so much right now
I fall apart, I spiral down
Your sour heart keeps me in place
This pain you made I can't erase

And what if tomorrow never comes
What if I'm left here in the dark
In this moment that seems so hard

And here we are now, nothing is good
Backing away, I feel like I should
Tears stream down, and they carry around
Everything's gone, and I can't be this strong
This lonesome confusion pushes me to the ground
Here I am dying, can't let me be found

There's a fire a blazing inside my heart
Burning my insides as I fall apart

And what if tomorrow never comes
What if I'm left here in the dark
In this moment that seems so hard
