Bells ringing, children singing
Sounds of the season’s joys
Cash registers are dinging
Bells ringing, children singing.
Lovers are blinging; Santa’s bringing
Presents for little girls and boys
Bells ringing, children singing
Sounds of the season’s joys.

L Milton Hankins December 2, 2022 at 4:00 PM It wasn't that way, Caren. Actually, when I was a child whatever I was getting for Christmas was planned for months ahead. There wasn't this push to sell everything on Black Friday, etc.
