Soulmate

Dreamy eyes to stare in, hands on my waist
Everything about them, aligning up with my taste
Below starry black skies we’ll lay underneath
Together we’ll cuddle, soft bed beneath

When I’m with them I’ll lose sight of all of my pain
The both of us intertwined, the world to gain
Supporting each other, two beautiful beings
The power we’ll hold, will be a sight worth seeing

The perfect couple forever and always, meant to be
Our names carved into a one-hundred year old birch tree
Healing and mending together, all of our wounds
My lifetime soulmate, I hope to meet one day soon
