Soul Mates

I’ve made some mistakes, God knows that is true
But through it all I have deeply loved you
We've laughed, cried, and lived a real life
One thing is for sure, I'm proud to be your wife
I promise to work hard to make our marriage last
I won't let this one be ruined by my horrible past
Give me this last chance to prove who I am today
Let me see you face to face to say what I must say
We’ve been through too much to let it all slip away
To work out our problems will take every single day
I have messed up, yes, I am the one to be blamed
I have been disregarded and by some even shamed
For all the what ifs I apologize
In your hands my heart and my whole life lies
