Sorrowful Memory

Its her and me in the picture I see
But now it’s the end between her and me
Her careless soul
Her vain self
Her tough tone
Brought me back to reality
The rumors she spread
The sorrow she left
The ploy she played
Were insuperable for me
I suspected in her
But then convinced myself
That no way this girl
Would betray
my weary heart
and me with silent words
and painful tears
I sit alone
dying inside
but now I enjoy sitting
by the flame
watching this sorrowful memory
burning away…
