Sorrow Brings Peace
His pain
Is gone,
As your sorrow
Lingers on.
He’ll be watching
Over you,
Just like he use to do.
He’ll be listening
With such devotion.
Just talk to him
Whenever you get the notion.
His memories
Will keep your love alive.
A thought of him
Will bring a tender touch inside.
Just think of yesterday
To make you strong for tomorrow.
As for today -
In God’s house he now sleeps.
So let your heart
Be filled with peace.
