Soothe Me
down by the river
my soul is raging and wild
I am untamed and pure
refusing to be defiled
down by the stream
my heart is calm and serene
I'm drifting in a dream
taking in the beautiful scene
down by the pond
my mind is quiet and still
and I am quite fond
of nature's power to soothe and heal
