Song of the Bride

My Lord is he who sits on the throne I await his return to enter his home I am unworthy my Lord to recieve your grace a slave in the world has been my place Why would the lowly you engage the house of sin has been my cage you purchased me and gave me leave into your freedom I was recieved You washed me clean and gave me robes the colors of the fields are now my clothes the strength of your soul must I seek for I am abject and very weak Tears of joy do stream my face within your mansion I have found a place a humble servant you have lifted high Your tender mercies shape my cry Master you are and will remain favor of countenance do I gain Instruct me my Lord in your ways In your house I will find length of days I am far from home it is my fear that I will fail before redemptions here await I for the chariots carriage to be recieved and prepared for marriage My Lord and King tarry not long for my desire is to sing your song with exultation and joy within your grace awaiting am I to look upon your face sources Song of Solomon Proverbs 31:10-31 Apocalypse 5:9-10 7:1-8 14:3-5 15:3-4 21:9-27 Matt 25:1-13 John 3:29 COPYRIGHT © 2009 C Michael Miller
