Song For You

I wrote a song,
A song for you to hear.
A song from my heart,
And a song from my soul

My heart beats for you
As my soul tells me it's you.
My mind only follows
  what my heart tells me to
My soul agrees with my heart too

Never before I felt like this.
Funny it may sound,
  wicked as it seems
But it's all true that I found

Won't you come with me
  as I prance around?
The sun flares to mellow
  as I start to yellow

Won't you stay with me
  as I move around?
Our shadows under the sun will follow
  as we start to wallow

My song will stay forever 
  as long as you believe.
My song will live forever
  as long as you conceive

My song will always say the same
To you, my song will speak my name
