Somewhere Out There
Lay your head down to rest
Show me your insides
Open yourself up and show me
Don't be scared of what I might see
Lay your head down to rest...on me
I want to know the truth
I want to know everything
Don't be afraid that it'll make me cry
I want to know what ever it is you're hiding
Don't make me have to tear you apart
to see what is in your skin
I know you get hurt sometimes
but they never really win
Cause I know that somewhere out there
There's a place where we can hide
I've been there before
Where we can leave it all behind
It's no long from here
if you want to go and run
I know you'll be much happier there
cause I know I was
Put your head down to the floor
Show me how hurt you are
Drive your head through the floor
Don't be afraid of who you are
Put your head down to the floor...like always
I want to know you
I want to know me too
Don't be afraid that I'll laugh
I know what you need to get through
Please don't make me cry it out of you
Just to see what's under your skin
I know they hurt you
but they can never win
Cause I know that somewhere out there
There's a place where we can hide
I've been there before
Where we can leave it all behind
It's not long from here
if you want to go and run
I know you'll be much happier there
cause I know I was
Somewhere out there
There is a place
I was hoping
you'd help me find
And I won't be afraid
of what I might find
