Sometimes

Sometimes life seems to slither along so well,
Other times it appears to be some ethereal foil
And all I see is the vanity of the fleeting breath,
The uselessness of labor and the airs of tiring toil.

This a well written piece about the mysteries of life. I really appreciated what you wrote. It had me thinking about life in general. Have I made my count?...etc Thanks. -Alexis

Life is so mysterious! And I liked your poem which many of us can connect with. Those times happens to all of us occasionally. But when I get this type of day, I stop and ponder. What is God trying to teach or show me? And what lesson can I learn about this experience? A 7 rating. I hope today is a magnificent one for you. Thanks for visiting my poem ..Darlene
