Sometimes
Sometimes I just wanna be held
When it feels like to all the world I've failed
Sometimes all I crave is touch
Trivial to some, but to me, much
Sometimes I wish you could catch a glimpse
Of how often you capture my stare
Your compassion and genuine heart
To others can hardly compare
If I seem to cling please understand
Honest feelings I've never had to comprehend
I try to chillout, let things develop naturally
But more often than not, my fears get the best of me
I know that for patience I shouldn't have to ask
I just want us both to be so genuinely happy, I guess I complicate the task
You still make my heart flip-flop
Still make all my daydreams bliss
I don't mean to cause issues or frustration
All I want is THIS
