Something Or Someone?

Something has a hold on her
And it will just not let go
Something has her in its teeth
And she sees that her blood will flow
Something wicked this way comes
And she hears all the warnings and cliches, but she doesn't know

How to avoid
The death that is chewing her up inside, so low

She hangs her head and cries

And still in all her dispair she knows that she does not weep alone
