Something New

something new
a kiss from you
on the cheek
something neat

did it make
my heart flutter
all my pride
melted like butter

alone but not lonely
i ride with God
telling Him the story
while He just nods

my joy elated
like the joy of my youth
nothing has changed
only the view

am i entering the
spiders web
when it is over
will i be dead

or will i be captured
in loves gentile grip
together grow old
or till God's Kingdom sent

either i enter heaven
or either i enter hell
right now it's heaven
save my soul not hell

someone very special
i choose to give my heart
dares to light my fire
by giving it a spark
